The large lead on the starter should be 12 vdc and not go away when you try to start the engine.
There are 2 large leads on the starter one is connected to the alternator output and the 2nd lead is connected to the + terminal of the Battery. There is one small lead on the starter which should measure 12 vdc when the ignition key is held in the start position.

Sounds like a bad battery to starter cable.

Starter should not have +12 V at solenoid lead unless the key is in start position all the way over to the spring loaded position. The large lead should have +12 all the time ( connected directly to the battery) You may have some IGN sw issues.

Do you hear anytining from fuel pump when in start position ? Most Bosch systems power fuel pump in start position, then when engine starts -key returns to run and a pulse sensor ( senses flywheel spinning - engine is running) and pulls in fuel pump relay .

I listened for fuel when I crossed the starter and the motor is turning with key in on position, and yes it does send fuel, but there is no spark and the tach does bounce so does that rule out the crank sensors for my spark issue?
