We currently have the screw in license plate brackets for any of the cars with the factory tow hook receptacles, and we have the wire mesh grilles either available already, or available soon for most models.

Great idea when I get around to a respray. For the time being, I think the holes for my plate have been in the bumper for about 20 years, so no need to show them off by moving the plate.
Also, I know my S2's intake sucks air from the gap where the tow hook attaches. Unless there is some sort of drop down attachment, this would restrict airflow
