wow...so now when someone posts about turboing a 944 ya'll say they are a troll? When I asked that question 6 years ago there were giant informational threads, now you are just a troll...interesting.

I think it as more in OP's choice of wording. Especially when 10 seconds of googling would answer his question

You know what? I hope he DOES turbo an NA to shut you nay-sayers up. Maybe he'll come to the 944 Fest this year with his Turbo'd NA and make a bunch of people feel like asses for saying it's too hard.

I have a pair of googles, but not sure what I should be googling at, since I only use them for googling my neighbors wife...

It's an annual event in a meth-and-mosquito infested part of Ohio that's a lot of fun. Check this out:

THANKS!

Looks like a hoot!

Now back to my question.. really how hard could this be? I put a turbo on my civic, and it was fun... but the NOS was just too much for me, so I sold it off and picked up this 944... but it is just too anemic for me... and I miss my boost!

It's really not that hard. Besides a turbo from ebay, you can buy almost everything you need at Home Depot. There's a great write-up on another forum that should help you out some. Check it out here:

Tailpipe Turbo

This is by-far the easiest way to turbo your car and you can probably do it in a weekend. Let me know if you run into any problems, if you're located near me I can drop by to lend a hand.

So, why didn't you turbo an NA, instead of buying a 951?

I say a guy on cardomain.com that supercharged his n/a 944 successfully. The pics look sweet, http://www.cardomain.com/ride/221707...che-944/page-6. I bet turboing is definitely possibly, I'd like to see it done. Good luck bud! You have my support!
