Early or late car? I have very nice pair of Porsche script handles for electric locks. You would need to swap your lock cylinders and drop links. PM if interested.
its an early car, no setup for electronic locks tho
The early lock cylinders which are shorter will transfer to the later Porsche script handles but they require some locksmith work, probably not worth it in your case though.
