Hold up, are you talking about using only the 968 bumper and not the hood and fenders? So you want to chop a 968 bumper to fit your 951 hood and fenders?

lol, the why question is used a lot, must be an old person term 
anyway I said only the bumper no fenders, hood etc..and a fiberglass front bumper I was just wondering how it would look with the rest of the car.

look closely at the hoods from the two cars.... do the a 968 bumper cover without installing the front end of a 968. if you even could accomplish such a feat, you'd see you can't install that bumper cover and work it with the 944 hood. once you change over to the 968 hood, you'd need to be installing the fenders, can't do that without the entire front tub off a 968. everything on the front of the cars was re-designed for the 968. it's been tried. it can't be done without a mulitiple X thousand dollar budget. the 968 style front end that once was available rendered a very poor facsimile of an actual 968... the 924 that i saw was very close to a real 968 look, but that was only because it was "968" all the way around. the result was quite cartoon-like and ugly. i have the photos trapped on a dead hard-drive.

i think the car in my pictures looks pretty clean...there is a noticeable gap between the badge panel and the bumper but that is fixable..
there'd be some cutting involved at the very least...roughly here...

ya its probably better to just get a fiberglass 951 front bumper and fiberglass over the turn signals and fogs and then recut it and reglass it for the 968 turn/fog lights.

In the car with the Euro tag above, it looks more like all he did was revise the fog light hole area to make the 968 lights/turn signals fit. Not necessarily chopped up a 968 bumper to fit a 951.

Um, excuse me? Learn how to clearly express a thought before you offer reading lessons, smart ***. When you mentioned a 968 bumper and "keeping the 944 look" everyone figured you meant keeping the 944 rear clip, because that's what everyone usually wants to convert - the 968 rear clip. You never specified 944 fenders and headlights.
