I guess I will breakdown and buy the Durametric kit, its only $347.99 plus $10.00 shipping, man that hurt, lot of the porsche dealer don't have the old system to read the 91 944, and the dealer I use only have one mechanic that can use it, and its a $100.00 charge each time, so I guess I can invest in this durametric kit.

Sorry to bring back this old thread but I did make a mistake in saying you need a 2 ohm resistor (IT SHOULD BE A 3 ohm RESISTOR ----watts don't matter).
