I found this in the passenger front wheel well. not sure if it's damanged or even related to the ABS. (and yes, I know about the struts. New ones sitting on the shelf waiting for replacement!!!)

It is the ABS sensor and brake wear sensor wiring. Real common for the coating on the wire bundle to crack like that. As long as the insulation on the individual wires is intact and bare wire is not exposed or broken, it should be ok.

To replace that cable piece from the strut to the shock tower connection is about $150 each new.

I'm not finding ABS codes on Clark's, mind holding my hand and guiding me to the right place?

Thanks!

I must have been thinking SRS/Airbags.

Maybe just pay for 1hr diagnosis (maybe it'll be less) from Stealership, and go from there.

I actually replaced the zener diode in my abs relay because I was too cheap to fork out the $125. The bad diode caused the light to be on all the time in the 968, which is a slightly different ABS system I think. The replacement diodes were about $2 each to buy. I also had to clear the ABS codes from the computer to get the light to go out.
