I can get it for you when I get home later if you shoot me a PM, just in case I forget.

I've been through all of the TSB's for 944's and 10 come up, but none are ABS related. Can you be more specific on the exact model maybe??

EDIT: All the TSB's I found are related to noise or pulsation, even checked the 928 TSB's... I have the factory test procedures too, is there a symptom u are looking for??

I am looking for the Factory Test procedures.

Page 45-05 of the Factory Service Manual (Vol. III Chasis, Heating/AC, Body) references what I am looking for: ABS Test Plan, Service Information.

Not sure if this is what you are looking for but here's the page(s) you wanted. Looks like you need a supplement (ABS Test Plan WKD 493 710).

yeah, from our convo's thats what he wants. I was never able to find the test plan in my piles of data. I found the procedures, but not the TSB he was looking for.

ST, yes that is what I was asking about (the FSM references that for troubleshooting/testing the ABS system - the page that Steve posted). How many pages is the document? If its easy to scan/.pdf and email, I would still like to have a copy for future reference.

I would also have been very interested in any other factory (or Bosch) ABS testing procedures, but apparently did not communicate that clearly.

In the meantime, I found my problem(s) to be a combination of a weak wheel sensor (tested fine, but the pickup tip was damaged enough that it caused the ABS to fault out when the suspension loading increased the sensor/pickup ring gap out of spec.), and an intermittent failing relay (it flickered the dash warning light when hitting bumps at high speed).

Last wknd, brakes/ABS finally worked as they should for the first time since I retro-fitted the system onto my track car. Makes a significant difference in consistency and confidense in the brake zones.

Wow, sounds like the problem I've had for the longest time ! Can you tell me which relay you replaced?

In my case, the light comes on randomly and usually turns off soon after that and I hear the pump reset and everything returns back to normal.

The primary ABS relay in the main fuse box. For any ABS warning or fault that resets itself (w/o having to cycle the ignition/power on-off), I would start looking at this relay first.

Its a relative pain in the ***: ABS brain, hydraulic unit, ABS wiring harness, relay and connectors, front hubs, rear trailing arms, wheels sensors, and unique brake lines. You need to fab a mount for the ABS brain, and a mount for the hydraulic unit in the fender well and modify the tub for it to fit.
