Default Most expensive & nicest 951 in recent Years?

(personal statement despite the link: eBay and Paypal suck)

At the time of this post, it's already at $8,900 with almost 5 days of bidding left! The reserve hasn't been met yet. What do you think?

looks like he invested in a coolant expansion tank, but NOT a p/s reservoir before the sale.

No way would I spend $14k....low mileage, 25 year old cars scare me. It would have to be totally mechanically refreshed first to justify the price. Head gasket, clutch, TB, motor mounts, seals, turbo. Talk about a depreciating asset.... it's in beautiful shape now but wait 3 years.

Did the coolant reservoir a year ago. And in fact, I do have a power steering reservoir sitting on my office desk (along with a few other goodies), I just have not installed it yet.

They will be included with the sale.

For the record, this 951 is everything I've ever wanted or expected of a 951 since I was very young. Merely looking to a potential change in my life as far as "toys" go... I truly hope it goes to someone who will keep it AS IS -- ie, modifications are great, in my opinion, on high mileage 951s where work would have been done anyway. But on such an example as this, I hope the buyer leaves it alone.

How on earth can you tell that from those pics? (I mean on the P/S rez)

The best thing about a low mileage car is that it is much less likely to be messed with by multiple PO's.

I thought that car looked familiar. Beautiful 951 though, and spotless inside and out. Good luck with the sale!

I agree 100% It is so hard to find good original 944's. Timing is bad for me to put in a serious offer right now. If it doesn't sell (but it will) I might have to check back in a few months.

its an exceptional car and the price is fair given the condition, originality, and the service records
