951 Fuel Lines: Need Replacement Options
Lots and lots of information --- all over the place.
Can you guys with heavy hands-on 951 experience please provide me with some very specific fuel line recommendations?
Can we use high-pliability 30R9 180psi injection hose and special fuel hose clamps, re-using the fittings, as we have adopted on the 928 cars?
Desired is a low-bling, high effectiveness, safe solution. Advice on hose and fittings would be greatly appreciated. What is the right way to upgrade?
This is for a beautiful 951 survivor that just appeared from the depths of a neighbor's garage. He bought it new. Several of us knew of the fuel line concern (these are bone stock, even missed the recall on the front hose). We want to solve it.
Solutions?
Thanks in advance,
Chris

This may be a good place to start: http://www.rennbay.com/fuel-hose-rep...d932952e384a3c
Always hear good things about it.
Sorry I can't help with the other questions, but I'm sure someone else can!

Rennbay fuel lines. Done. I put this off for so long because I was afraid of messing it up. I did one weekend. Took about 2 hours start to finish. I feel safe to drive the car again after it. Rennbay customer service is awesome as well.
