I finally got around to installing this little $3.72 piece called a restrictor. I had to pull the intake....which I must add.....I'm getting pretty quick at doing. I had it off in about 45 minutes. I'd like to beat 30 min next time.

My little restrictor thingy was missing and caused a high idle. No matter what I tried, it wouldn't drop below 900 or 1050 rpm depending on how it felt that day. Since I installed it, the idle is steady at 840rpm. As a added little bonus from this repair, the idle up for the A/C works correctly now too. I'm psyched!
