Talking Where is Derrek from Huntley???

The Huntley crew and me have been off the map for a bit and wanted to just post a quick one for the list. Huntley Racing started its move to our new location last Monday (just up the street to a nicer facility). Our Internet, phones, fax, dyno, lift and other equipment have been off line at least partially if not altogether since then. Even though things were well planned a few wrenches always get in thrown in!! The big one was that my wife went into labor yesterday morning with our daughter Daria Lindsey Khajavi. She was born at 2:39 PM and is a whopping 8lbs 14oz, 19.5" long! Mom and baby are fine; Dad hasn’t slept and finally just ate 1/2 a sandwich since Sunday!! I will get back to all my calls, e-mail, faxes and such over the next few days. Thanks for your understanding guys/gals! Ok, it's back to the hospital for me!

Congrats on the new child, and the new facility. Hope they bring joy to you for many years to come.

Derrek and Family,
Congrats!

So, when are you going to buy her one of those little electric boxter convertables?

Or maybe you'll start out with a Recaro child seat.

Congrats Derrek,

Another baby girl. YOur gonna have a lot on your hands if she is as pretty as your oldest daughter. Get the baseball bats out :-)

I hope the new facilities work out for you...I know it has to be a relief to escape the filter cleaning place...

Are you going to be at willow springs for the last race of the season on the 30 and 31st? We are looking forward to a good time and we hope your there.

Take Care and and again...congrats!

Ditto on the Congratulations...There is nothing like the birth of a child to put everything into perspective.

Thanks all!! I love being surounded by women!! I will come up on the 30th for the POC event to run a new car we built for a customer to get it figured out. The Boxster is staying home this time so I can concentrate on the customers ride. Neil's HR SC 944 will run as will Ike's 914/6 HSR car. So just three cars under the Huntley banner this time out. I am heading home to see the little one so I will check back in later. Thanks again guys/gals.
