I just looked at your website again. What kind of intercooler is that? It is huge?

WOW! What a job you've accomplished Perry. You should be truly proud of what you have done. That car is simply beautiful and is a testament to your skill sets.

I can't stop looking at those pictures.

If I had a car that beatiful I would be scared to death about using it, I'd probably put it in the living room.

I hope you never have to part from it!!!!

okay - I now have a strengthened resolve to oneday get my car to look almost exactly like that.

I've already got the German Plate on order - only mine says "S-PR 951" and has the little insurance stickers, and EU stars and D.

But I want the AIR chin as well. DAMN my car is gonna look like that if it's the last thing I do in life.

BUT - Brian, can you PLEASE post FULL ON shots of the car? I always see zoomed in details, but can never see the whole car. You know, I want a desktop for motivation!

Do you have a webcam? Any chance you could broadcast the first startup?
I would love to see it!

Wow.. buch of questions overnight.

- That is the stock intercooler.
- FP Gauge.. car will be tuned on the dyno, and the hose is long enough to neatly attach the gauge to the inside of the hood, visible from the cockpit while doing the run. No need to watch it while driving.
- Full on shots when the car is done.. I know.. I want some of them too!
- I want to tape the 1st start up, but not sure if I can get my buddie Big E to bring the camera out. We'll see.

Rich - Where did you get your TUV and Shield Stickers for your plate? David Kennedy was nice enough to get me this authentic German plate, but could not get the stickers to go with it.

Thanks agan all!

Perry,

Incredible work, your car is motivation to so many of us on the board, and also a huge motivation for me to get my 951 up to 944 Fest.

Brian, the car looks incredible. I really can't wait to see it. All your hard work has really paid off.
Are you still coming up to the Taj show Sunday?

BTW, the avatar looks great!

Since this motor is far from stock, it is going to take some tuning to extract the power level I want, and while on the dyno, I want to know what the pressures are doing.

Once it's all set, my eyes will be on the road, not on the gauge!

Mike, that would be excellent.

Pete.. I may take a little ride up to the event for a few hours, but not 100% sure. If my parts don't show by Friday, I'll be there. If they do, I'll be running it in.

BTW, you can buy "new" German plates here:

www.dubmeister.co.uk

Or even here: and these might even come with the TUV stickers?? www.customlicenseplates.com
