Default 928 backwards?

I thought every one would enjoy this idea (yes I know this is not a 928 forum), Popular Mechanics has a article for the Myth Busters about running a 928 back wards, no not in reverse but flip the body and prove it is just as aerodynamic from the back as the front?, interesting article, would not want to buy that car after.
Ok the results will air on 9pm, 11/17/10 on the discovery channel.
just goes to show what can happen when you have to much time on your hands

This reminds me of a question that hopefully someone can answer.
How fast can an NA go in reverse?
Any reverse top speed experiences here?

From what I recall from my NA days is that you can go at least 30, probably 35 mph .

In a turbo, WOT reversing is pretty strange the first time, as you don't loose traction until you are already moving, and they scream to redline once the wheels start spinning.

I just read this article too hoping it would have results. No such luck, but I am planning on watching the episode. According to PM its a pretty widely known myth, but I've never heard of it. I guess cause I don't own a 928. Anyway, interesting concept. I'm extremely interested to see how it turns out. Good ol Mythbusters.

Wind tunnel would be WAY too easy. This is Myth Busters... because they can?

Windtunnel would not make for a interesting show...

I went to SEMA this year. Caught a bunch of pics of this:

And here is a link to the rest of my SEMA pictures.

This episode is already ridiculous.

0-60 in 8 seconds and 1/4 mile in 14 seconds? I don't think so.

Their methods for measuring performance (a stop watch??) are ridiculous.

Missed it. Looks like it's on again at midnight, 11 central. I knew there was a reason I bought a DVR
