humm, he seemed to be off on a few details...

anyone in the Charlotte area want to go in on this car with me to part her out? I just want the suspension, and maybe the tranny....

But we had to low ball the joker seeing how he wants 6k for a wreck...

Sad really. I didn't see a mention of 3.0L though.
it would make a great track car! <img src="graemlins/burnout.gif" border="0" alt="[burnout]" />

ian you want the suspension??....for your car??? i bet you car is riding tooo stiff, well i got a deal for you....i'll trade you my soft, supple, 100% original factory suspension. for that stiff, bumpy, poor quality aftermaket leda suspension of yours. heheheheh that just stinks of sarcasm....why you want the suspension?? building another car up?

Well I surely don't want the torsion bars, springs, struts and shocks, I want the a-arms, hubs, spindles, to convert my 86 offset car to 88S 89 Turbo specs. It is something I really want to do, but trying to get the pieces together costs way too much. So I think the best way to do it will be to buy a wreck, but right now I don't have the space to pull it apart, maybe in a year or two, so i'm trying to go in on a wreck with someone who also needs pieces... it probably won't happen, but it does not hurt to ask....

Also if I ever pull off this early to late offset swap then I am going to save the 86 turbo's suspension for another project I want to do down the road. a 924 GTS replica with 951 underpinnings.
