First Night Drive with Iceshark's Light Cannons
Oh Yea, Very much worth the price of admission
We talk alot here about speed and power, but with the crappy stock lighting, safety should be a concern also because some have been known to do some high speed night runs, this kit will improve your night vision 10 fold.
Thank You IceShark

A little off topic, but has anyone invested in a pair of Sylvania Xenarc 7" round lights? I just saw them advertised in Excellence magazine and did a google search to see what if there were any reviews: none to speak of.
They're supposed to be true Xenon HID lights w/ the mega-voltage ballast drivers per side.
Thanks,

Glad you love them David.
Not meaning to tout the package, but it really is amazing the improvement. Everyone that has the package is impressed.
I just got back online after moving and was wondering why all these lighting e-mail messages were in my mailbox.
I wrote up an aiming instruction sheet which also goes into aim declination angle for the current batch of packages. If you want a copy I can e-mail it to you.
*****, be careful about buying a set of the Xenarcs. They are in fact true HID for the low/dipped beam. Halogen high/main. But they have a checkered development and there is a question on performance. I'm not going to say anymore.

Nothing but positive things to say about the "Full Boat Package"...Simply outstanding...These lights turn night into day...and the quality of light is impressive...It's WHITE, real white...I never noticed how yellow most headlights are until I turned the LIGHT CANNONS on...
Thanks Dan...Your package is great!

Iceshark - what's the price for your lighting package? This was the only real dissapointment I had when I picked up my car a few months ago.
Driving back 600 miles at night in a modded 951S sure makes you appreciate good lighting - especially 3 digit speeds!
I already changed the fogs to the Euro light with 100W driving lights (on separate relay circuit with short 8 gauge direct to the alternator for max V) and I still want more light output.

Those sylvania did have production problems, the guy how started the project had moved on before they were finished and also left some bugs to be worked out. I am curious to se how they are too, but everyone is unsure on thier reliability. Does anyone have a pic of the Iceshark kit? I'd like to see that too. I had a HID kit on my 951, and will never drive a car with anything else. But mine were not street (DOT)legal.

Ski, I'm actually taking orders on Build Number 4 now, but am not talking about it much until I get a pile of Cibie lenses in to fill the remainder of Build Number 3, plus enough for Build 4. That is the bottle neck. Some Build 3 guys are hung out for about 3 months now, which I really hate. They understand, but I still hate it; it bothers me.
Turby, get a pair of Xenarcs. Stand them against my Full Boat halogen package. Tell me what you think.
I go overboard on many things, more than a few will tell you I did this on the headlight package. I could also sell Xenarcs .... way before they actually came out. That would be easy margins compared to having to manufacture my wiring harness for a halogen upgrade. This comparison has already been done, in a half assed fashion.
If I had an easier and better solution at a reasonable cost, I'd jump on it and tell the rest of you about it.

I finally got to installing mine, and did some voltage measurements. My lights went from 11.15 volts at the headlights with the air on to 14.15 volts with Dan's kit. I've heard of others having better results, but I really can't complain. His workmanship is impressive, and the harness is complete overkill... I like that about it.
I still have the 90/100 bulbs sitting in their boxes waiting for a little comparison test when I have a little time.
No affiliation just a satisfied customer... Great job, Dan

No, no, no you guys got it all wrong. These are not cannons. I ordered a set from IceShark, I guess on his batch#2. Got them in and to be perfectly honest, they look exactly like the Sylvania sealed halogen lights I bought at K-mart for $7.95 just a couple of months earlier. So I wasn't too enthused and took my time installing because I needed to run a new power line directly from the alternator anyway to power my 100w driving lights. At the end of a week's worth of wiring and zip-tying, I put the bulbs in, aimed the car down the driveway and turned the lights on. HOLY CRAP !!! THESE THINGS ARE THE ATOMIC BOMB OF LIGHTING !!! I could see my neighbor's animals scurrying for cover over a 1/4-mile away...
