Question OT:lady in a red corvette

As I was driving down my street this evening,I saw a lady standing by her red corvette.
Hood open and talking in cell phone.
Being such a nice guy,i of course stopped to share my extensive knowledge of automobiles.
OK i was curious.
The car was overheating, and she had just replaced the thermostat, which obviously did not help.
I took a look and found a pool of oil, around the intake for the first cylinder on the right hand bank.
There also seemed to be seeping out some air,so I took a look in the overflow reservoir.
And the coolant looked a bit cloudy, though it was kinda hard to see.
I told her my guess would be on the head gasket, and advised her to have it checked out.

what do you guys think, could it be the headgasket?
or am i totally wrong here?

We-l-l-l....As a self-possessed chev V-8 expert, I don't have a clue. Oil on the intake is probably from a middle-school drop-out at Jiffy-Lube! The hissing air sound? Who knows?? Was the engine running, were there bubbles in the coolant reservoir, did she have good legs???

Little Red Corvette...distressed Blonde looking for a hero....

errr...sorry, drifted a bit...what were you asking?

Oh..that's right. There are plenty of forums for the Corvette...dunno what series we're talking about but nevertheless I don't have to tell you it is a very popular car in Europe...I used to get a kick every time I spotted one.

Post the question to someplace like:

And report back to us...(re Predator's question)!

Reminds of the time I came across a Countach at the side of the highway with two leggy blondes in pink jumpsuits standing beside the upturned doors. They ran out of gas. Someone had already gone to get some. Amazing, in the minute I was there, how many saviours came screaming to a halt to offer assistance. Just like a movie. It was all very blonde.

jim -

That sounds suspiciously like a scene out of a movie!

Back in the '80s there used to be a publicity poster that showed a broken-down 911 with an awesome set of female legs sticking out from underneath it, and this cool-looking dude standing up against a wall next to the car waiting for his gf to repair it...

Ya, umm.. that happened to me once... Umm.. yup, I was ummm.. going down the highway when a couple of ummm.. Playboy Bunny's were broke down on the side of the road in a Farrari GTO. Ummm.. yeh, they were awesome babes and very drunk and ummm... they were wearing thongs yeh that's the ticket thongs... So anyways, to make a short story long, I let them hop into my SUV cause it was kinda cold outside and they were getting a bit nippie. Then I figured out that they were not cold at all but instead, they were very horny. So, ummm... they like took there clothes off in the back of my SUV (except their thongs cause that was for me to help them remove) and ummm... Oh no, I can't remember the rest of the story, but it really happened.
