SO NOW WHAT DO I DO?
I've spent most of the last 9 months researching and planing my engine rebuild. I have talked to almost every engine builder and parts shop in the country trying to find out what the best options were and the best prices. Well I just shiped the last part off today. Now what? There is no more information to gather. No more shops to hound with questions. Hmmmm...Hmmm... Guess I'll do some of that homework stuff.

I can relate with that feeling... I'll be getting my 951 soon. What do I obsess over once I have the car?
I've set so many life goals on that car, I think I'm gonna be lost once I finally buy it

You just think your done, now start the planning for better brakes to stop this beast and suspension upgrades and LSD tranny, and, and, and, you get the picture

Nick...dude the fun has only begun when you get the car.
Researching to buy the car was nothing compared to owning it (time-wise spent researching..etc).
If you spend an hour a day now you better budget 5hrs after you get it!
This is the one toy I've gotten that hasn't "worn out."

Well.. you clean up everything in the engine bay. Fix anything you have been putting off like buttons or lights. Or while it is still cold out, you can sit at home and have a few cold ones a night. Just relax until the parts come back and think of the credt card intrest you are paying on parts you do not have in use yet!
Humm.... seems all too familiar!

I know! I can't wait to get the car. I had originally planned on getting the 944na, but I it turns out I will be able to afford the 951. I still can't believe I'm actually getting the car
I'm making the transition from a 1991 toyota tercel (about 70hp) which handles alright because its such a small car and a 1967 Ford Galaxie with original suspension components (I think its really a boat) to a 951.. perfection in every sense I think I'll be one verrrrrrry happy guy in a few weeks. (Maybe even this weekend if that car that ribs spoke about is still around!!)
!!!!!!!!!!
I have a feeling tonight will be another one of those sleepless nights thinking about what I'll do with that car. ( I've already planned to sleep in the car the first day I have it... I don't want it to get lonely!)
Between classes and my job and the car.. I wont have time for sleep.
-Nick (Can you tell I'm excited?)
