Im planning on buying the 951 back and fix it to its previous condition. My little brother seems to want it, if he doesnt Ill just sell it off for cheap to a guy here on rennlist or pelican parts that posts "can I turbo my NA". Shoot, I may part it, lots of new parts and such. Limited slip gear box, sport seats, D90 rims, etc.
It would be a shame to part because it recently got the following installed
New starter
Rebuilt alternator
voltage regulator
hood struts
New wheels, balance
Kuehl R134a AC conversion
Sun visor
New bypass valve part# 993 110 337 50
front end alignment
DME Relay
All new belts
New water pump
all new radiator hoses
Engine seals
Rollers
exhaust hanger
thermostat
oil temp sender
heater hose
control arms
new engine at 120,000mi
turbo coolant pump
radiator
tensioner
head gasket
vacuum lines
test pipe
heater valve
crank seal
dist cap and rotor
intake boot
new k and n air filter
engine block gaskets
motor mounts
fly wheel bolts
clutch
pilot bearing
speed sensor
reference sensor
clutch slave cylinder
ac lines
power steering pump
power steering lines
power steering rack rebuild
idle stabilizer valve
fuel pump
fuel filter
and lots lots lots lots more.......

Pictures sent. Ill try to remount it, the fenders are bent up towards the bottom so it will be difficult to remount perfectly even with a new one, I dont to body work at all. I will probably end up selling off the car and buying one of the 3.0L 951s on the market or a high hp 2.5L.

You can send in reciepts of any work done in the last year. Anything non-maintenance will help against raising the value of your claim. Older reciepts are also good to show value, but may not be valid. Ads of cars in similar setups may also be used towards a claim.
Be sure to try to neogotiate up the price, as often you are given a lower amount then what they can actually offer.
Note: You can also somtimes prevent a total/salvage loss by agreeing to a "no-supplements" claim or finding out what they will pay out before totalling a car.

I bolted everything back together and it looks good, if anyone is interested I'm thinking about letting it go to a good home. The only modifications on the car now are the following, cat delete, tial wastegate, and chips.
