Let me know...

I have a good shape sunroof bag, thanks though. I'll think about the steering wheel but I'd prefer to replace my lovely 2-spoke Jetta wheel with the 3-spoke early 944 wheel.

Door panels are not so much a concern to me unless they look AMAZING.

car currently should be at 2700ish still, the goal is 2600ish. last year i weighed the car with me in it was 2970, i am 240 so the car was 2730. since then i have..uh..removed some things and it will be less than it was then.

2600 isnt that outlandish for an early car, it is more work for the late guys though. i have seen a few guys on here who do spec racing or whatever dedicated classes and have STRIPPED out late NA's at 2750lb, granted they have a cage etc.

im working on more weight loss ideas and will let you all know as they come i will be shedding about 20lb myself in the next few weeks.

back on track...i need brown a-pillars!

The 4 spoke wheel is factory from the 83. It's listed as an added option on the window sticker (yep, I have the original window sticker from the car). I replaced it with a Momo wheel years ago, so the original steering wheel is in storage, looking for a car! :-)

Lots of great interior stuff..

problem is, they are attached to all that other "junk" that makes it go vroom.

Pillars are the only thing you need? Next time I see brown pillars at pick n pull I'll grab them for you.

I take it you don't want to buy some brown dye and dye some random pillar panels?

With most people not liking brown I'd have figured there'd be a surplus of brown parts everywhere...
