Couldn't you use draino in the sun roof drainage tubes, this would also help get rid of any scrathces in your paint...

PS. please kids don't try this at home...

Kinda messy, don't you think? I filled my sunroof crack with plasticine and then covered it with duct tape. Voila!

This one is giving me a headache.
