BTW-Your cam housing refinish came out fantastic.
Did you use your original or the spare?

BTW, your engine bay is AWESOME! Very clean.
there is one that has a blue connector on it just like the plug in question and the other has a single lead coming off of it (just as i remember it when i disassembled

thanks (now i need it to run as good as it looks)

thanks, its the original. i am going to make a lamp out of the other. my tv stand, coffee table, and end tables are made from my oem wheels and suspension. just as well keep the theme going.

update:

drove the car home (60 miles)

the first 15-20 went GREAT other than the poor idle it ran great. the rest of the trip it stumbled some and when i got home it sounded like it was missing when it idled.

its done this twice before in pouring rain but ive never been able to locate it. today was sunny and dry but the car did sit through several thunderstorms.

edit:

i should also mention that when the car is not stumbling, it feels smoother than it ever has. i have zero vibration at 6000rpm

maybe i should also note the gas gauge is WAY off too. it was on empty when i fired it up, i filled it, and it only went to a half tank. (ive never seen it do this) probably unrelated, but its worth mentioning.

edit:

hypothetically speaking, if the sender and fuel pump use the same ground could this be both my gauge and running issues?
