Default Engine ****...Lets see em

Ok I'm having to do the dreaded head gasket job. So thought it would be a great time to clean the crap outta the engine and enhance some of the engines features so I took to task and painted a few items with Dupli-Color Engine Paint. I painted the cam tower cover and cap red while polishing the PORSCHE and lines. Painted the intake silver along with the intake tubes and that along transformed the engine bay to a much nicer look. So here are the results. BTW Thanks Borys for the awesome work on the HG Job. Pics can be see in the link below

looks like removed the expansion tank and plumbed it dirct to the thermostat housing with a cap on that end to top up the fluids.

everyone's engine bays look hella clean!! awesome work. my bay will never look like that, not anytime soon.....

replaced it with all the upper rad hose parts from a turbo and yeah... welded on a coolant filler neck so i could delete the huge ugly expansion tank

just need to figure out what im going to do for an intake now

so where does the coolant go when the engine warms up? and what about the radiator cap?

I painted my intake manifold and cam housing with gear cover into gold color

I should have it all assembled in next few days then I'll show you guys some pics; letters are going to be black

all of yours above are stunning, I hope mine holds up!
