After seeing monster garage...
after seeing the 944 converted to a golf ball catcher on that show, i have decided i want to do the same thing to my car. it would just be more functional and necessary. i dont ever have passengers so having the golf ball cannon on my car would be a good idea.
first. where can i purchase the rack that picks up the *****.. SECOND, what locations could i mount it to? third, would i need to raise the back of the car in order to accomodate this modification? what about taking off the rear valance?
and having to do with the cannon. what pressure CO2 would i need to make these golf ***** go fast and far?
i wana keep the car looking stock. i allready have the hinges made for the gullwing door. i ripped off the interior door panel and used some extra hatch shocks i had and the door opens JUST like a gullwing is supposed to. my dad used to have a delorian and its like that. (i dont know why the door stumped the people on the show so much...)
so what do u guys think? any tips or advice?
thanks,
SHAUN

Shaun,
I think in their own "gentle" way, the response to your commentary is DONT DO THAT TO YOUR CAR. I watched the monstor show myself and was sickened by what was done to that 944. If you really dont like your car, sell it to me (easy payment plan, please). I can be in your neck of the woods in half an hour from Orange County.
