Default The Official "I Got Towed" Picture Thread

Saw a recent thread of Porsches on tow trucks, so thought I start an official Porsches on the tow truck thread.
Post your pics here.....
And if you care to, tell us why.

Here's my first entry, got towed because of a flat tire and I don't carry a spare tire. AAA is cheap.

Default I can play this game...

...drove from Toronto to Halifax - only to have the clutch fail along the way - and straight onto the flat bed.

I know it's not a 944, but surprisingly I've only ever had 1 (out of 10) of my cars on a trailer. Pic explains why

overtaking a slower car on the inside of a 90 degree corner in the rain. felt really stupid, fish-tailed off the road at approx 60kph to the inside of the corner and into a farm fence. was never a problem in my old 924 n/a, was a mix of inexperience with 924 turbo boost in the wet, greasy roads, old tyres and impatience.

definitely disappointing. it was 5 yrs ago now. The towie commented that it was a beautiful car. i got it fixed and straightend, the guard was put back together. The carrera gt front spoiler was goner and i had to change to the 2 piece 944 spoiler and bumper. edited my earlier post to put in another critical factor.

if i had a nickel for every time.....

this one was from a random coolant hose that burst open due to high pressure from a clogged radiator.

and this car below has seen dozens of towtruck miles, but my favorite picture is being "towed" off the drift course, after my AOS dumped a bucket load of oil into my intake on the track. Once the car was off the track I was able to identify what was happening and then run the car for a good while to clear out the oil and smoke.
