Sorry for the pain
Yes it does have a straight axle in it. I went through 2 trans-axles in on week after my motor swap. So I installed a Viper rear end center section, Then I broke CV axles, So the straight axle had to be installed.
Yes, I am a convert,,,, It has V8 LT1 with about 500hp in it..

Hard to know. He says he doesn't have a transaxle any more. Maybe he's got a Supra box up front or something...but perhaps not with these guys.
I don't really like the design of the panels but he's put in some good effort so it will be interesting to see the final outcome.

xsboost90, it has a 700r4, although I am tossing around the idea of a 6 speed. I am about to pull the motor and tranny for a freshen up.
As far as the line go, it's really hard to tell from the pictures and the primer color, but I, and everyone that has seen it in person, seem to really like it. I know it's not the same old box that everyone else has seen before. I wanted some thing different.

I'm still a way's away from the final molds. I do V8 conversions and build many other parts that take up a lot of my time. I work on this when time(money) permits. I'm glad you like it. I'll post some final pictures when it's done. Should be soon.

Looks good
I think it looks nice and fat.
In what material are you doing it?
Is it fibreglass that you are gluing it on the sheet metal?
If so why not make the complete piece in FC?
Are you changing the front end anything?

Thanks, I was going for the wide fat look
It's made of fiberglass and other things that were laying around the garage,
I plan to pull molds and remake the parts in fiberglass, The front fenders will be a complete bolt on fender replacement. No bonding needed.
The rear quarters will need to be bonded on, I have tried to make the bonding areas in places that you will not have to do as much body work.
