Default Header heat shield

Couple of questions, first does anyone have the part number for the turbo exhaust header heat shield? I have looked through PET and can't spot it.

Second if this is broken at the mounts would it be a safe guess that my motor mounts are shot? If so should I bother replacing the heat shield till I replace the mounts, will it just bust the new one?

Thanks for the reply.

How worried should I be about driving the car without that heat shield on? It is going to be a couple of days till I can get it welded and put back on, and the weather looks nice this weekend!

They all crack -- my did too even though my engine mounts have never gone bad. Just weld it up.
