Awesome, I swear Zermatt is the color the 944 was made for. There is a warmth to it that really sets it apart from other metallic colors. When the sun hits it in the late afternoon, it is a thing of beauty.

Looking good! Glad you decided to restore instead of part it out.

I've been watching this thread from the first time you posted, i check back AT LEAST once a day fro updates. You see i have the exact same car, in desperate need of a paint job, no real body work, but def needs a spray. I love the zermatt color, and i cant wait to have mine done. Ironically i just bought a black turbo valance for the rear at the hershey swap meet this afternoon, i'll have to install it tomorrow and post pictures. But i'm impaiently waiting for pictures and the cost you paid for it, cuz thats my next step!!!

Thanks....they are putting the car back together right now. There will be a "reveal" thread, where I will recap everything, and post detailed pics of the outcome. Probably at the end of the week.
So, hang in there. I think it will be worth the wait.

Stopped by last night. The upholsterer was installing the headliner and showed me the newly dyed rear seat. It all looks awesome! Cannot wait to see the newly recovered front seats. He is taking the black carpet I bought and dyeing the rear section to fix minor sun fade. Carpet will go in today.
The plan right now is for them to be done on Friday. Reveal thread with extensive photos over the weekend.
Once I get it home, a new driver's control arm goes on, and she is ready to roll!!!

Purdy. Just wait until she's washed and primped properly.

Well done!
