"Oh sh*t" handles are for those who don't trust your driving abilities. Scrap the handle and get a Sparco 5-point harness. If it doesn't hold you still, that handle won't do you a lot of good.

Yep thats me... Don't worry, i don't go for the "oh ****" handles. Especially not when we're both autoXing. Someday i'll own a P-car, the younger is wiser.

in my family it's the other way around my father and I don't like to drive with my mom or my sister..... My mother scares the crap out of me... to this day I don't know if she realizes its an accelerator... It's either full on or full off and red lights are optional....

I just got off the phone with Lindsey (they called me back).

They treated me very well and I give their customer service an A+.

The edit they made to the page shows that they saw a problem with something...and have moved quickly to fix it.

I wont go into details, but I am walking away with better thoughts on Lindsey than before I did business with them...that is very rare for me...

If you are thinking about buying something from Lindsey, by all means go ahead!

Adrial - I just installed the Lindsey fuel pressure gauge on my '89 as well and haven't noticed a clearance problem. I will go back and check this evening though.
The gauge has been very valuable to me, indicating I had the fuel pressure cranked up way too high.

There was no sudden turnaround...except on my opinion of them. I called them before posting, but they were busy (line was busy) so I left a message. They called me back at 11:15 this morning...which if you translate it over to their time zone is quite early.

My posting to rennlist, if anything gave me a worse solution that I would have gotten anyway....how would you like it you are a company...and before you have a chance to deal with the problem the user goes and complains?

You guys can guess as to the end solution, but I've learned my lesson about talking too much.

GaryK, I highly recommend doing so...as well as inspecting the condition of your engine mounts.
