Talking Paragon is A-OK

Hey all, just an update, I had a message on my machine today from Jason at Paragon. They have made everything right. I had made a post about some problems I had with them but didn't want it to sound like I was ******* them-just trying to figure some stuff out. At any rate, they have fixed everything including stuff that wasn't their fault. Just wanted to say they are an awesome group and I WILL be doing business with them in the future. Thanks guys!!!

It's nice of you to post this in response to your other post. Sometimes people are quick to say negative but slow to say positive. So I'm sure that Jason and Skip and the rest at Paragon appreciate your time!

That's one reason why so many people use Paragon--their customer service is a step above every company that I have ever dealt with.

Considering the Anderson Motorworks thread, I thought I'd add to this thread how well I was treated by Jason at Paragon today. I placed a small order for some P21S products and some Autosol metal polish, and a little while later, I got a call, not an email, a call from Jason apologizing for the fact that he didn't have the Autosol, but he would get the remainder of my order out immediately. Definite class act.

That's why they have already gotten my business twice now and will be getting some more tomorrow. Orders have gone out when they said they would, arrived when they said they would and they are great at finding what you are looking for. Even though the price is coming up a bit more than it would getting from Ebay, my fog/driving Euro lights can be more easily gotten with bulbs, wiring kit, etc. from Paragon and I have to say that my trust level in them and their quality means I'm willing in this case to give them the business.

Cheers!

Ditto what ya'll said. Anytime I need a P-part, I check Paragon. IF they don't have it, then I peek into the sea of "others". I sure wish they had Hawk Pads!

I second that.

Paragon gets Porsche part suppplier of the year award.

(Even though my bushings have been in Redmond, WA, for TWO DAYS now...)

Paragon should be the model for other suppliers. They always treat me right and deliver on everything they say. As long as I own a P car they will be the first place I shop.
I wish Paragon sold cars.

Thumbs up

I agree my experience with Paragon was very good. I received personal call on out-of-stock items. All in all they make every effort to take care of their customers.

Just goes to show that whatever the fashionable business model of the moment is, customer service still counts. And pays
