New 0-60 Magazine is out. My car got three pages.
UPDATE: The issue is now hitting news stands and it has a green Euro Ford Focus RS on the cover. While at your local book store take a peek. Its at least worth the view. A nice piece of histry to go with the car.
Last Thursday my car was photographed for an upcoming article for 0-60 magazine covering the 944. Below are a few photos of the shoot. I had the car detailed the day before. 0-60 is quarterly and this issue should go to print in Q1 2010. They were looking for a 99% stock car and my 951 fit the bill.
The car is not perfect and feel very lucky that they chose my car. I appreciate the opportunity..

Yea I have owned the car for only a couple of months or so.. That is coming off which sucks because the car is all orig an will have to paint when it comes off. I could not agree with you more on that thing.. TERRIBLE In fact I expressed that I would like to not have that shown if at all possible. Its really up to them though.

I just do not like the straight across light.. I think it is a much cleaner look with the break and more beautful Guards Red in the middle for my car. Of course what others like for their cars is up the the individual. I have always just preferred the original look the way Porsche envisioned it.
As for the issue, it will be printed in January. If you have subscribed to this thread, I will be sure to update it and the first post once I get full details.

Well its out.. The cover is a green Euro Focus RS. While I truly appreciate the opportunity I am NOT thrilled with the photos they used if being honest. I know this sounds ungrateful but a straight on back shot and straight on side shot were not what I expected. I had also hoped that they would not show that big ugly Porsche reflector in the back but it was not my choice. The photos did turn out nice though.
I am going to see if I can get a disc with the other photos.. I have waiting to post photos in the photo thread for these shots so will hopefully have those soon.
Thanks to those that have shown some interest.. If you are at a book store then pick it up and flip through. Its worth a look see at least.

Congrats---I think they call that "artistic license" LOL!
Agree with you on the reflector---I know a lot of people like them, but I'm with you---it looks much nicer to have the break with the paint between the curve and the reflection of the plastic. Either way---you're famous, enjoy it!
