got the wiring harness looking a little better tonight before i hooked it up to the engine...

and the end result...






just need a few more things to get it running

yea harness looks much better.

i think the fuel rail should be a lighter color, not black :P

lol brett, i'm gonna pick on your picture timeline discrepancy.

in the last pic, u have yer harness in, yer booster on, no TB, no master cyl, jboot connected, fuel rail on.

but in yer sig, u have yer master cylinder on, no harness, no fuel rail, but the TB is on.

lolol are u going back and forth?

haha kinda... ive been test fitting a lot of things... then taking them back off for polishing or painting... or just trying to figure out where connectors go. or just making it look pretty to take a picture or 2 heh

A word of caution. I know a guy who loomed all of his wires on the engine of his Boxster. He must have used some cheap kind of Pep Boys looms because they melted all over his engine. What a friigin' mess it was. My advice would be to take a section of loom you haven't used and put it on tin foil and turn your oven on at different increments and see where it melts. Anything below 300 might be suspect to use if it is laying on the engine.

Yeah I heard about that too. On the turbo I redid parts of the harness with braided fire sleeve from lindsey racing. On N/as though, they dont get too terribly hot under the hood. I think that most of the plastic loom should be ok.
