Hit and run...
Soooo I parked my car on the side of the road and came back an hour later to find this (see pic)... VERY pissed. The other guy left no note and just split. The damage looks worse in real life than in the pic. Does anyone have any ideas on the cost to repair this? Anyone experience something similar??

Just be glad all that stuff is pretty easy to replace. Your bumper is probably fine just needs a $5 bumper shock...I would call DC auto they have a LOT of header panels and headlight covers.

Judging by the hood, it appears that you have a late car, which is good. Your header panel unbolts (early ones were spot-welded).
I would think that you could have all the parts you need (excluding paint) for $250 or less. If the headlight linkage is damaged, it's more expensive and involved.
Matching Guards Red is going to be the tough part.

Re-painting will be the most expensive part of it, if you do it to factory standards. I got a quote on the same parts of my '86, it was right under a grand. That's without any bodywork, just prep and paint, I bring in the pieces loose. Typical paint shop rates are $80/hr (prep is less), paint costs are $80 - 120/quart. You'd need at least a quart of base coat, a quart of clear.

Washer nozzles (late cars have flatter nozzles) and the type of flare near the hood. I've seen early hoods on late cars and it doesn't look like this.
The windshield trim *looks* like it's flush-fit, which is another giveaway.
