Try stable-energies: they too make a b-pillar (and c-pillar) harness bar:

The B-pillar bar is technically better, since the harnesses are shorter when using a B-pillar. (Since the harnesses will stretch in an accident, shorter the length, the less likely your head will hit the steering wheel in a frontal impact) HOWEVER: for folks over 6 feet tall, the B-pillar bar is just not feasible: it inhibits the seat from moving back far enough.

I have a C-pillar bar in my 944S2, since I'm 6'2".

If you're tall, the B-pillar bar (straight type) can impede the seat travel/recline. Brey Krause makes a B-pillar bar that extends rearward to provide the additional safety without impeding seat travel/recline.

EDIT: and, now I see that Z-man spoke to this already... see what skimming will get'ya

Good Luck!

But I suspect that bar will interfere with putting stuff in the rear seat, if that is a consideration (for those who go to the track sans trailer like me! )

There's some amount of interference, but not too much - can still fit four good-sized tires in there. No rear-seat passengers tho... fo'sho

The Brey Krause also mounts at 4 points (B and C) which makes it quite a bit stronger than the Automotion/Stable Energies style.

There was a good thread a bit ago discussing the merits of the various bars and mounting points that is worth checking out.
