Default My Porsche Family (enjoy lots of car Pictures)

Today My Grandfather came over and we took some Pictures of all of our cars Together (sorry no 930S slantnose, only 3 of us and 4 cars).

Here are My pictures to share. The 944 is mine, the 996 TT is my Grandfathers (papa, the 930S slantnose is also his) and the 997 Gt3 is my Dad's.

Lucky man. My dad drives an Impala and my grandfather drives a LeSabre. Maybe I should have a photo shoot with them?

Those are some great photos. Now have you ever raced each other?

Love those sport classics wheels on your 944 Get them from wheel enhancement? I'd pick a set up if I could keep my S2 running for more then a week at a time

All very nice cars!

Don't think we've met...we're probably not far from each other.

Thanks for the nice comments.

Sands944: I have never raced them but back in the day my dad and grandfather raced a couple times. In the early 80's My Dad put his 1980 924 against Papa's '77 Corvette. The 924 did not win but in a sraight line but the vette could not pull away. Then in the late 80's Dad raced his '86 911 3.2 against Papa's '81 928S. Ist time around Dad Stalled so papa won (928 had an auto tranny). The 2nd time Dad won in his '86 carrera.

KrazyKarl: Yes I got the Sport Classics (off of a 996 not boxter) from Wheel Enhancements. Brand New with Yokohama EVS Sports. I love the rims and tires. Wheel Enhancements treated me real well and helped me pick the correct spacer and tire sizes (Front: 225 45 VR 17 Rear: 255 40 VR 17) as well balancing the tires. If you are looking to get new wheels I reccomend using them.

MM951: Yes I have driven the GT3. It is AMAZING!!!! The power never ends, handles like it is on rails and it sounds like a symphony. I have never been in or driven anything so fast in my life.

Dougs951: That Dodge van has more cylinders and Liters then any of the other cars ;-) (that is the company car that helps pay for the other cars in the pictures)

WOW, nice photo shoot... Your family is trully blessed...

Last time my old man drove a sports car, it was a 69 mustang, he got it new.. wrecked it 2 years later... and my remaining grandparent doesn't drive any more!

Should make for a nice drive... the three of you going down the road...

I love how the GT3 looks stuck in the grass.

I've driven 996 GT3s - I can only imagine how a 997 GT3 is. I'd sell my soul for one, if I could only find a buyer!
