Lightbulb Colorado GTG?

I notice several Colorado guys here. Anyone up for a GTG?

Maybe a morning coffee type thing? (something where it is light out and we can check out cars etc)

Sure. My race car is technically street legal.

Or you can all come out to High Plains Raceway on November 1st and watch the 944 SPEC race. It is around noon.

Honestly, I'm more intersted in seeing street or street/track cars than fully stripped race beaters which many of the spec 944 are.

You need to put some details together here Cole, with a bit of a sales pitch... did you have a location in mind?

Just a 951'er here with a bit of Denver background.

Of course I am in. Anywhere for coffee is fine with me. If it goes to the afternoon and requires beer I would consider the Dry Dock Brewery at Hampden and Chambers.

Wow COLE - not all 944 SPECs are beaters.

Some are a bit rough. But there are a few that are very, very well prepared in Colorado.

Mine falls somewhere in between.

But what they all have is a good understanding of how to make a 944 handle at its peak. So if you want to learn about suspension, I suggest you talk to a few SPEC guys.

I would like details on the all Porsche gtg, but my car is not that presentable. I'm also interested in 944/951 cars.

There are lots of guys from Loveland to CS so central Denver area may be best. Maybe a Saturday AM coffee at REI starbucks or somewhere similar with good close parking.

I have and do talk to spec 944 guys. Several people I know are racing them. One of the specific things I want to look at personally is interiors. Which spec cars really don't have.

So who would be up for this Saturday 0900 at Starbucks on Colorado blvd. Barns and Noble?

960 S Colorado Blvd # A
Denver, CO 80246-2543

It's as central to N,S, E & W as I can get with a decent parking lot.
