Hi,

I will start doing some track next spring for the first time in my life with my 951.
Does anyone have a good playstation 2 game to propose to prepare my focus this winter for next spring.
I've been looking and the best one I found so far is Grand Turismo.

Yeah, Gran Tourismo 4 is the best racing simulator for the PS2, IMO.

Gran Turismo is THE best console racing game. screw those Forza guys hehe

After being a huge fan of gran turismo and then going to forza 2, gran turismo isnt nearly as good in my opinion.

But GT4>Forza 1.

For PS2 get GT4 hands down.

I will purchase GT4... I still have the GT1 version, me and my stone age PS2.

But I should of been clearer, is there a game where you can select a 951?

GT4 doesn't have any porsche's

Forza 2 does have a 89 944 turbo listed.

for PC gaming, Live for Speed is THE best racing simulator. the XR GT and XR GT Turbo is basically been based on the Porsche 944/Mazda RX7 FC

Forza or gt4 wont really prepare you for any kind of real driving though. They are games, not simulators.

my fav porsche driving game is still Need for Speed Porsche Unleashed. awesome game. but no 914 or 924 or 944 or 928's in there. as I remember it went from 356's to 911's

There were 944's 924's 968's and 914's in the ps2 game. The Pc version had 914's 944's and a 928gts.

The PC version of that game was soooo fun. Loved that when i was like 13 hah

Get GT4 and the logitech force feedback wheel and build a mount for it. It won't help your driving all that much but its still fun to saw on the wheel. Ill post pics of my rig later.

Added bonus about the logitech wheel, it works on ps3 with gt5 prologue and most likely GT5 when ever they decide to finally release it.
