Okay, I was trying to be nice........but your 924 could take most of our 951's??????? Get real kid, I am 24 years old not some old fogie. I used to have a 924, no way in hell it could keep up with even a civic si!!! Go buy a civic si, you'll be better off. Nothing you could EVER do to your AUTOMATIC, COULD EVER have kept up with my 951.

Old age and treachery will always defeat youth and vigor. (Or at least in his case stupidity, but that's more a Darwinian function.)

Only way a sissyfied 924automatic will take a 951 is if the 951 unplugs at least 2 wires, runs kerosene, and gives the automatic a two week head start. Only then, if the automatic straps on a JATO bottle will it even have a prayer.

Amaf- go back to your Hot Wheels. Oops, that was just yesterday.

AMAF the idiot is baiting us. The best way to deal with him is to ignore him and screw ever giving him a ounce of help.

Guys don't take it to the heart, I'm just playing around..

I didn't start the mudslinging, so let's not point fingers at me. Anyway, let's be cool. I didn't expect you guys to get so passionate about this topic. <img src="graemlins/roflmao.gif" border="0" alt="[hiha]" />

A 924S beating a Mustang GT?
A Jetta beating a 924S?

Nah. You have to be drunk to lose in a 924S to a Jetta, and regarding the Mustang GT, he was probably working in the engine post rebuild...

Depends on what kind of Jetta- a VR6 (old or new) or even a chipped 1.8L Turbo shouldn't have any trouble beating a 924S- but don't get me wrong, I like the 924S- they were actually faster than the 944's of their era from what I've seen...

All I know is that there is a girl near my house with a 924 s automatic and it is the slowest thing i have ever seen. I have beaten corvettes modded rx7's and many other cars not worth mentioning. So don't even go there with the 924 beating 951's, you wish your car could compete the cars that I have beaten. So stop talking, your making a fool of yourself!

Red face

AMAF: Just go to an SCCA autox near you (I'm sure you haven't), and you won't dis the Mustangs any more. They're VERY competetive.
