The turbo decal only goes on the passanger side...says the factory.

You can put it on the driver side too, but then it would say Turbo going the other way...

"Danno, You are right that Porsche doesn't have a trademark on the word turbo, but they might be able to give you a headache on the design of the word turbo in the decal. I just don't know, but you see some wierd things in patent law."

Hmm, maybe if I make a mirror-image decal that fits on the driver's fender instead of the other side then? Gotta find vinyl sticker material with the color gradient too...

Hey while I'm at it! How about a Porsche windshield sticker that covers half the glass? Or maybe a "Powered by Sauerkraut" sticker for the rear fender too? And a "VarioCam Type-R" for the front fenders? Wow... we'd all gain at least 50hp!!!

That fade effect is most likely done with a silk screen process on clear vinyl. Vinyl by the roll is gonna be a solid color.

I've seen that fender decal on the street turbo cup cars as well. That windshield decal from GT Racing is crap; it dosen't fit the windshield. I had mine made custom and it was cheaper than GT Racing's.
