Any NFS game isn't it.

it's pretty cool...i'm getting better at it...it will run you ~$35 to give it a whirl for a month or so to see if you like it. After that it's around $15 a month to keep the subscripton plus whatever other cars and tracks you want to purchase (and those are around $13 each, I think).

I just tried the Forza 3 demo, and I actually have the full game pre-ordered. (It's the only game I've ever pre-ordered, and while I do have an xbox 360 wheel, I don't play many games, or know much about them).
Graphically, it's as good as you would expect. I made the mistake of starting with the Ferrari California and a standard joystick controller and wasn't feeling in touch with the game, at all. When I got out the wheel and started a slower car (a Cooper S), things improved considerably. The cars handle quite differently from Forza 2, and react to bumps substantially more than they used to. They also claim to have "More than 100 real world tracks" in the full version, so that should be good fun.
Oddly, you can rewind during the game to re-drive a corner you did badly, or un-hit a wall or car you hit. We'll see about that part.
