pretty easy. You need a jack and some wrenches ( 12-16mm) should cover everything.
You have to remove the power steering belt first if you car has power steering.

Easy as cake, just loosen the turnbuckle and push the altenator. Install new belt push altenator back and adjust with the turnbuckle.

You have to loosen the pivot bolts on the AC compressor, front and rear before turning the turnbuckle, and it's even important IMO to loosen the end bolts on the turnbuckle so everything moves freely.
I suggest the following:
1 - Spray the adjuster down with PB Blaster or the like
1a - wait a while if you can. Perhaps enjoy a beverage.
2 - break loose the adjuster locknuts (one is backwards) they can be stiff, if you do them last you can break an end bolt or something. If you do not turn the reverse-thread one the wrong way you can also break a pivot bolt. Don't do that.
3 - loosen the adjuster end bolts
4 - loosen the pivot bolts on the AC Compressor
5 - adjust the adjuster to allow the belt to slip on/off
6 - adjust the belt to proper tension (too tight will eat the alternator bearings)
7 - tighten up in reverse order.
