Anything is possible but I thought the 968 used different connectors. I know Dan J has a 944S2 oil cooler in his turbo - think that bolts right in.
I installed a Setrab 619 using AN lines off the oil filter housing Much easier than you would think. Just need a few M22 to AN10 adapters and some fittings/lines.

i mean the actual oil filter housing, er, "console". fittings and lines i can deal with later.
i have thought about a sandwich plate type thing but i would really like to eliminate the possibility of leaking oil to coolant through the stock oil cooler, also the point of me trying to find such an oil cooler is to take some heat out of my coolant system..

By sandwich plate, you mean the type that threads onto your current oil filter threads, and has two hose fittings coming out the side? I use those on my race cars, easy as pie to install.
