Sorry there is no name or part # on it.I bougth that years ago,believe it was at CT,it's the only model which will do the job on our cars .Amazone got one that will do the same job the but it seem to be shorter so a longer extension will be needed.Over all higth on mine is 2" 3/4.Pic from Amazone
