I don't think it looks very good at all. I'd say make your own.

Is it because the seat backs are missing that it is not level? The cab still uses the back of the seats and the photos seem to not have them. JMO

I'm not convinced that I like it. I may try to do a rear seat delete.

I think it looks great and fits the look of the car very well. Are those front loading compartments hard to get things out of?

Thanks for the compliments. Getting in them isn't bad, but I wouldn't want to put anything very big in there. It's mostly for small things. I wanted a place to stash a few things at car shows - towels, finish spray, the GF's purse.

I'm still waiting on the lock trim to come in from Germany and I need to take a locks to a locksmith to have keys made. I was surprised that these locks don't take standard ignition keys like the glovebox and factory alarm do.

And if anyone knows where I can get black automotive vinyl that matches the headliner material, please let me know. I'm going to go shoot an e-mail to 928leathershop to see if they will recover the doors and center section.

Ok, I didn't solicit opinions about the box, but I would like feedback on the doors/center piece. I'm 75% sure I'm going to recover them in leather. Since my interior will be black/linen, should I have the front covered in black to blend in, or linen like the dash?

My initial thought is black, but then I started to think about linen. I'm not good enough with GIMP to try to change the current doors.

Here's a picture of the dash:

That's what I was thinking. My worry is that it will look strange or gaudy.

It looks nice to me, but it looks like it fits perfectly in a cabriolet. I love the 968 cabriolets that have the rear shelfs in them. 968s were very very well designed cars.

Id love to have one in me S2.
