Installed a headliner this weekend. Took a day and a half to complete, and I still have to do the sunroof headliner. Took 3 yards of material, and I don't think I have enough left over to do the sunroof! What a PITA, but it looks fantastic. I can't get pictures to come out worth a crap though.

I also got the German made MB Quarts installed and the rear side panels back in. The interior is almost complete! The 968 rear shelf should be here this week, so the rear seat will have to come back out.

New master cylinder this weekend. Flushed clutch hydrolics while I was in there.

Oh yea...added power steering fluid.

I hate that.

Yup. Squishy pedal at stop. In fact I have done the entire hydrolics in the car and purchased a new ATE master cylinder a year ago. The brakes were great at that time so I just waited knowing it would be soon. Well, the original master is now in the trash and the car stops great.
I still have a lot of work to do. This car is an all original, daily driven '87 924S. Its amazing how good this car is. I beat on it at the track and run the A/C all summer.

It's amazing how reliable these NAs and unmodified (or lightly modified) turbos are in the hands of someone who does the proper maintenance and knows by sound and feel when its time to look for small issue before they become big problems....even when driven hard every day.

Found out all the O-rings on top of my injectors are perished and leaking masses of fuel. Ordered a re-seal kit. Then noticed a funny looking coolant leak and have the sinking feeling that my head may be warped or cracked :| Joy to the world.

Over the weekend, I started on amps/subs install by rerouting some wire, removing a bad rca, running new rg59 to make an rca for the subs, took out the old amp rack, ran the speaker wires to the left pocket and fitted my crossovers to a mount to fit in the same pocket. I now have no sound, unfortunately. I need to get my 4 cahnnel speaker amp set up temporarily until I get the sub boxes made so I can build the amp rack.

I'm en route to having an interior like yours, Eastep!

I ordered Lloyd mats just now, in grey beige to go over my black carpet kit which will go in over the newly ordered sound dampening dynamats! All this goes in after I finish the fiberglass in battery tray, tonight!

Replaced a broken steering wheel with a 85.5 unit and stuck a new DME relay in so I could realize that I now have TWO spares and STILL haven't found the problem.

OK, so it's a vacuum leak. I knew it from the beginning, got scared of relays and sensors, now I'm back to old days thinking..

924: Replaced the fuel relay, adjusted the CO mix and gave it a wash.
968: Nothing but a wash.
