For sale: Guards Red '88 944 S, Iceshark lighting kit, more
Rennlisters,
So I've been casually trying to sell my car the past year, though I never really wanted to. I am now motivated because my daily driver died a few weeks ago and I need something more practical. I am also selling my Iceshark lighting kit, embroidered LLoyd mats, and manuals.
Please contact me if you are interested in any of the items.
Mods- I renewed my old membership and paid dues as a rennlist member last year for the sole purpose of making this one post, but never got around to posting. I was a paying rennlist member when I was active on these forums a few years ago. Please allow my post.

Iceshark Lighting Kit - $199 OBO (SOLD)
Purchased new from Dan Wray
Includes all cabling, lenses, and a spare bulb.
One lens is cracked, but still works fine. Since you can't see the crack when the lights are lit and can't see the lens unless the lights are on, this never bothered me. One of the relays just went bad, needs a new one. (around $10)
Black / Red 944 embroidered Lloyd Mats. Fitted for 944, includes clips - $99 OBO (SOLD)
Haynes 944 Manual - $20 (SOLD)
I'll also throw in the workshop manual PDFs I bought on ebay. (just a burned cd)

Hi
Definitely interested in the IceShark lighting kit! Have to look in the 944 about the mats though. Do you happen to have the instructions for the installing lighting kit? Novice at work here. How much noticeable improvement was there you think over OEM?

The improvement is huge. At least a 200% increase in light output.
I'll have to look for the installation instructions, I do not think I still have them though. I wonder if someone here does and could scan them?
It takes a few hours to install: You need to remove the air filter assembly and front body panel. The hardest part is installing the voltage regulator, which I will include but do not recommend installing. I had issues with mine and ended up going back to the OEM regulator. You do need to hook up to the terminals on the alternator, but you can do this without pulling it.
