grinding noise when i manual crank......

Default grinding noise when i manual crank......

exactly as the post says....what can cause that and what may i need to replace?

If there is a smell of coffee its perfectly normal.

I've always heard you can go blind if you do that....

i assume youre talking about windows, so pull off your door panels and see whats going on, look at the gears etc, maybe add some lubrication to em.

or it could be grinding noise when he manually cranks ... THE ENGINE!

yea when i manually crank the engine i here a grinding noise well a noise in general from the clutch area. i am about to align the marks on the gears and then crank and check for missing teeth on my fly wheel but im just tryin to get a general idea of what it could be.

I'm totally confused. By "manually crank the engine", so you mean with a breaker bar on the crank bolt? If so, what do flywheel teeth have to do with anything?

have your reference sensors dropped in the BH or something?

could be your starter solenoid isn't pushing the starter motor fully to engage the flywheel teeth.
