Default Need a West Coast 944!! In excellent body shape.

My Uncle wants to buy a regular 8V NA 944. His budget is 10K or less. He wants a car that has never been hit. The paint must be in good order and the interior must at least be presentable.

The other catch is that the car must be located on the West Coast. A car with some mechanical problems is okay as well. Come on Rennlist show me what you got.

I'm looking for a $500 NA in Portland as a gift to my friend Wipeout. No motor or trans needed, just a solid shell.

Is he dead set on a 8V? There are several nice S's and S2's for sale. If going NA at least go with some more power IMO.

If he insists on a NA, you need to insist he gets an S2. If he insists on 8v, you need to insist on a turbo. It is your moral obligation.

Well a turbo can be a headache and a half for someone older looking for something nostalgic to drive around. The S2 or S both have much more power than the 8v but they do come with some complications and potentially more maintenance, but all around they should be good, simple cars to own. The 8v NA is typically more reliable than the S or S2.

Does he want an early interior or late interior? Early wheels or late wheels? What color paint/int?

late interior. Not sure about the paint. Probably shiny would be a good guess. I just need options. hes a wealthy guy so if you have a car that is in good shape and want a decent price for it let me know.
