Also, someone said something about VA police sitting at the bottom of hills in order to clock someone. I don't know about VA, (and for the life of me I can't FIND the CO statutes concerning use of radar) but in GA there are strict regulations concerning how a police can use a radar. One of them concerns itself with the gradient of a hill that a radar may be used on. If it's over (I think 4%) a certain grade, they can't use one. There are also different regulations for local and state police. State has a little more leeway
