Default Where can I get loctite 638 or 648.

This is apparently what I need to glue in my new oil pressure relief valve bushing into the block.....

someone here posted the instructions to replace that clinder bushing and it says to coat the part that gets driven into the block with 638 or 648.

I called around and no one including my dealer and repair shop don't have it.

also it calls for special tool 9215 to drive the bushing into the block. Again I can't find any place to buy this special tool......

could I just use a block of wood and hammer to drive it in?

sorry I should find a link to teh post of the instructions most peopel here probably have no idea what I'm talking about with the oprv bushing.

mine has come loose from the block and needs to be replaced and glued back in.

I want to get that loctite asap from a reliable place so that I can get my car fixed as soon as possible.

thanks!

okay never mind about the 9215 I realized it's teh same as the allignment tool I just ordered from paragon.

so I just need loctite 638 or 648. I phoned my porsche repair shop / parts dealer and they can't get it and I tried Napa also.

Is that the bushing that sits between the block and the oil cooler boss? Can't you use Clark's Garage method of putting some grease on the bushing to make it stick?
